Delivery
In order to keep your costs down, orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail where-ever possible.
In some cases your order may be too large or too heavy to be sent via Royal Mail;
Or your order may need to be split into separate packages for practicality. In this case your order will be dispatched via another
courier such as UPS.
Delivery charges are determined when you view your basket.
The total volume and weight of your order is calculated and compared to Royal Mail and other courier guide-lines.
The cheapest option is then chosen.
When packing your order we may face practicalities that force us to change the courier from that stated.
In this case, no extra charge will be passed on to the customer.
Orders received before 2:00pm will normally be dispatched on the same day (mon - fri).
Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days (mon - fri).
Delivery is currently to UK addresses only.
